One .log or .txt file, up to 5 MB. In Prism, open your instance's game folder, then look in crash-reports or logs. Send the relevant file, not your whole instance.

Reports are private to the server owner and aren't published or given a public download link. Logs can include usernames, chat, server addresses and computer paths. Review the file and remove anything you don't want to share. Reports are removed after 30 days while the upload service is running.
